Hawaiian Wedding For Ms. Corriveau, Mr. Hegg

Tanya Corriveau and Frederick Hegg were married on August 11 at Kikaua Point, Kukio Beach on the Big Island of Hawaii by Kahu Dean Kauka.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her parents, is the daughter of Gary and Noriko Forbes of East Falmouth.
The bridegroom is the son of Nancy Hegg of Warwick, Rhode Island, and the late Gustaf Hegg.
The matron of honor was Bianca Brummerloh and serving as best man was Kyle Hegg, the son of the groom.
The designer wedding gown was made by Wai-Ching of Seattle and was of ivory and white organza silk with eggplant stitching. The bride carried a bouquet of cascading white, green and yellow orchids designed by Emma’s Flowers of Kailua-Kona.
A reception immediately followed on a private knoll at the Fairmont Orchid, Brown’s Beach House.
Mr. and Mrs. Hegg honeymooned for a week on the Big Island following the wedding.
They own a home and lived in Marstons Mills.
The bride is a graduate of Falmouth High School and later earned a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
The bridegroom graduated from Upper Cape Regional Technical and served over 10 years in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently owner of Hegg Marine Solutions.
