One of the best seasons in Falmouth High School volleyball history came to an earlier than expected ending on Wednesday night when a very good New Bedford squad came to the Lawrence School gymnasium and handed the Clippers a 3-0 defeat in the semifinals of the MIAA Division I state tournament.
